Never connects lousy cheap don’t buy waste of money
I received this as a Christmas gift and since the initial setup it keeps disconnecting. We’ve tried rebooting it multiple times, it works for a few minutes then freezes and disconnects. Our WiFi is perfectly fine so it’s definitely a problem on Furbo’s end. I feel bad that my sweet little granny paid over 200 bucks for this thing bc it is useless and unreliable. P.S. I have a Verizon network.
I have been a furbo user for a few years. It was great...until lately, installed the new app and since then the furbo loses connection, alot! I liked the idea of adding new features, I pay for the annual nanny cam. Furbo connectivity was so bad after the new app, furbo sent me a new camera, and guess what, SAME issue. Useless. VERY BAD. I also have a Lorex system which never goes down, it is not my internet or wifi. I think they messed up their own app. UNACCEPTABLE FURBO.
I had expectations that I could use furbo as a dual purpose camera, for security as well as checking on my fur baby. I was mistaken. The sensor only picks up activity within 10-15 ft. The camera has a great picture, but the app fails to connect when you open it most of the time. This product was definitely not worth the $200 I spent. The cloud recordings are ridiculous, I stopped trying to delete them and refuse to pay for a service that was used to sell the product
The fact that there are so many varying reviews says it all. It either works or it doesn’t. Furbo is too inconsistent to be worth anything.You guys need to figure this out or stop selling it until you do. Otherwise, you’re just ripping people off. Seriously, I understand it works for some, but look at all the people who it doesn’t work for. Figure it out please or stop selling until you do.
